End-User License Agreement

Please carefully read this agreement before using Food Labels. By installing and using the software, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

DISCLAIMER

Users of Food Labels must accept this disclaimer of warranty:
"Food Labels is supplied as is. The author TRH Software, Inc. disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author TRH Software, Inc. assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of Food Labels."

DISTRIBUTION

The registered licensed version of Food Labels cannot be distributed without the expressed written permission of the author, TRH Software, Inc.

You may copy and distribute the unmodified evaluation version of this software in electronic form. You are prohibited from charging for or distributing this software with other products (commerical or otherwise) without the expressed written permission of the author, TRH Software, Inc.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This program is owned by TRH Software, Inc. and is protected by U.S. copyright laws and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this program, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

EVALUATION VERSION

You have the non-exclusive right to use Food Labels for a limited trial period for the purpose of evaluation. After the trail period, you must register and purchase a license, or discontinue using the product by removing it completely from your computer.

REGISTERED VERSION

You have the non-exclusive right to use the registered version of Food Labels on a single computer for each registered license you obtain. Or over a network with a network registered license for the number of networked computers the network registered license specifies.

NO DISASSEMBLY OR DECRYPTION

You may not disassemble, decompile or decrypt the Software without the expressed written permission of the author, TRH Software, Inc.

USE

You may use this program only on a single computer for each registered ID, unless you obtain a network registered ID. This program is the property of TRH Software, Inc. and is protected by U.S. copyright laws and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this program, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
